How long will my order take?

Your order will be posted within 24 hours of the order being placed (Monday - Friday).  You can choose from Royal Mail's 1st Class or 2nd Class delivery services.

Delivery is normally next day for 1st Class, or 2 - 3 days for 2nd Class.  However, these are Royal Mail's target delivery times and delivery may take longer.

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm^®  for £7.50 per order.  Special Delivery is a guaranteed next day service for orders placed before 3pm on Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before 3 pm should be delivered on Saturday but Royal Mail will not guarantee it. Orders placed after 3pm are sent the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, at the weekend or during a public holiday are sent on the next working day.

You can only order what we have in stock. We will always inform you if there will be any unforeseen delay in dispatch.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Please check with your local sorting office first, experience has shown that undelivered items are often held there.

Royal Mail require 10 working days before they consider a delivery as missing.  Unfortunately, we are unable to consider any claims for lost parcels before this period has passed.

Do you accept returns?
