Delivery Charge - £2.00 per order (Royal Mail - 2nd Class) or £2.50 per order (Royal Mail - 1st Class)     

FREE 1ST CLASS DELIVERY WHEN YOU SPEND £30 OR MORE

All orders are sent by Royal Mail delivery.  

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm^®  for £7.50 per order.  Special Delivery is a guaranteed next day service for orders placed before 3pm on Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before 3 pm should be delivered on Saturday but Royal Mail will not guarantee it. Orders placed after 3pm are sent the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, at the weekend or during a public holiday are sent on the next working day.

Orders are sent within 24 hours of purchase (Monday - Friday)

Your order will be discreetly packaged, with no mention of our company name, or the contents.  We may split your order into smaller parcels to ensure your order fits through a standard letterbox.

Please check that your delivery address is correct on the confirmation email we send after your purchase.  We are happy to send to work addresses. However, please include both your name and the company name of the work address.  Royal Mail may not deliver unless the company name is included.
